Landbrandt Happenings

Here is a collection of photos from the last 3 months as we have been settling into our new community, home, routine and surroundings... So far everything has gone pretty good.... haven't got lost catostrphically in Vancouver, drove right way on the one way's and haven't lost the new house keys either. Kids have enjoyed the weather as we have heard alot about the rain to come, but have yet to see it.. The biggest surprise has been the amount of wildlife here as one picture below will show furry visitors from the great outdoors..

A travel break at Mt. Robson somewhere in the interior BC with the kids playing around and stretching their legs... The trip out was the best they had all travelled in the van.. We very much enjoyed the drive out.

We had a great day at a park we found in Coquitlam to picnic at... We crashed a big families bday party where the kids could play in their air ballon playland... It was a real nice day that we all enjoyed.

The best time of the weekend.... Everyone sleeping.... Don't ever get tired of seeing this site......IT's the goal of each weekend when we tour.

Here are the furry visitors... Two bear played in the yard for 15 mins.... Quite the site... This was week 3 at our new house.... crazy. Grandpa where is the gun..

Everyone under this height, sits at the kiddie table... so that is all but 2 at our house..... Typically the twins sit together opposite of Finn.

Homemaker Mom here... making peanut butter cookies with the troop.. Nic has done a great job with the transition. She has picked the local wildberries clean, perfected a couple batches of wildberry jam and syrup for our belgian waffles and scones.

Here is our little Diva... Somehow found nic's bathing suit in the hamper and choose to wear it while playing outside... It was pretty funny.

Cheers.... Watermellon anyone? I also think i need a wet towel...

Here is nic at Alouette Lake... north of maple.. We were pretty impressed with the sites.

Seattle's Space Needle .... We all went up and walked around... I think we saw Saskatchewan.. I think. ;) We took the 1961 monorail from city centre to the 1961 Space Needle and ride up the 1961 elevator....
